Yes
Yes, you can hire your own equipment provided it meets our theme and quality standards.
For COD transactions you can collect all the cash and pay us none (hehe). Where the transaction is taken by card, paypal ect, we hold the money in escrow then release it to the Hirer generally within 7 days. (If you’re a premium Agency, you can get paid immediately the transaction occurs)
If transaction is COD, we charge no commissions! Where a non COD transaction occurs (Online payment by card, paypal ect) we charge 12.5% commission to cover our bank transaction fees and management expenses.

You’ll need to pay the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is the lesser.
Each Hirer is different. We recommend between 10% to 25%
Our Agencies are approved by us and therefore more reliable. Generally, our Agency will deliver for free within a certain geographical radius.
For COD disputes, Horaay do not assist. For non COD disputes, we charge a 10% dispute resolution fee (10% of the hire cost). Where user or hirer remains unsatisfied with resolution, we recommend filing a complaint in the hiring jurisdiction.
